The law requires that boaters light their vessels at night for safety reasons. In October 2009 I received the Seasteading Institute’s Artists Grant and created 6 floating, solar powered sculptures designed to light the first annual Ephemerisle festival, as well move and turn playfully in the wind and current of the Sacramento River Delta.
